Take me out to the ball game! July 25, 2009

Ahh, baseball. It’s been called our National Pastime. And now we have a chance to go watch our very own Nashville Sounds take the field against the Arizona Isotopes at Greer Stadium at Camp Greer.
It starts at 3:00pm when we’ll meet at the Faith Community Church to carpool to the stadium together. At 4:30pm we’ll have an all-you-care-to-eat picnic. And at the 6:00pm, the first pitch is thrown out. After the game there will be fireworks and the kids will get to run the bases. Then we’ll get our camping gear out and camp in the outfield of Greer Stadium!
For $25 per person, each scout receives:
- Lower Reserved Box Seat Ticket
- Commemorative Scout Badge
- Pre-Game, All-You-Can-Eat Picnic
- $6 Souvenir Voucher
- The opportunity to spend the night on the field
- Price: $25/person
This is sure to be a wonderful time! So pack you tent and sleeping bag and “take me out to the ball game”
